Welcome to our online store! If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully. ​If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website. 


An order can be sent primarily through the online shop. Move the desired products to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout, fill out the order form with your details and accept your order. If online ordering fails for some reason, you can contact us by email. You need will need an email address and phone number to place an order. Once your order has shipped, we inform you with an email. We will also contact you by email if we have something to ask or need to inform you about your order. Always check the order details and if you find the order details incorrect, please contact us by e-mail immediately by replying to the order confirmation email!


Orders within Finland: With our Standard Delivery method, orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. We ship standard orders to a pick up point and postal office. You may also choose business day 14 and 21 packages that cost 8,90 €. 

Orders outside Finland : We also ship standard orders Post Nord MyPack Sweden and Denmark. DPD Door to Door can be shipped to almost all European countries.

Shipping methods: 
Post Office The order will be delivered to a Posti’s service point of your choosing. You will receive a text message when the order is ready to be picked up. The cost is 5,90 €.
My Pickup Point With Posti's My Pickup Point service you can select where to pick up your parcels. You will get a text message and e-mail when the order arrives to your chosen My Pickup Point. In the text/e-mail you will receive a PIN-code that you use when you collect the order.  The order will be held in the smart post for 7 days. The cost is 5,90 €.
Business day 14 and home delivery 21 packages Order will be delivered to the address you have given the following business day after the order between 2 pm and 9 pm. It is important that you give your phone number when you make the order so that the postman can get in touch with you. Business day 14 package is a convenient way to order directly to work. Home delivery 21 gives you the opportunity to evening delivery to home. The cost is 8,90€.
DB Schenker Collection Point Service The order will be delivered to the nearest or selected collection point which are located at R-kioski and K-food stores. You will receive a notification when the parcel is ready for a pic up as a text message. Shipping cost for this shipping method is € 4.90. Orders over 59 € will be delivered free of charge.
PostNord MyPack MyPack is delivered to a location that is close to your home and you can choose it yourself.  There are about 400 locations for example K-markets, Euromarkets and Matkahuolto. You get a text message when the delivery is ready to be picked up. The cost is 9,90 € in Finland. You can also order MyPack to Sweden and Denmark and the cost is 6,90 € per delivery. 
DPD Door to Door DPD- deliveries are sent from Monday-Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 days in Finland, to Baltia 1-3 days and to Europe 1-7 days depending on the country. The cost depends on the country. For example: Finland, Sweden and Denmark cost 7,90 € and Spain 14,90 €.
Pick up from THE STORE It is possible to pick your order up from The Store during the opening hours. No shipping costs.  


The order is confirmed only after we receive your order payment. Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is a payment service provider that you (the consumer) can use to pay for your online purchases. You can store your card details in your account, thus enabling online payments with your login. This saves you time, since you don't need to repeatedly enter your card details when making a payment. You get login credentials when you create an account within the service. Note: At the moment, Paytrail account is available only for Finnish customers (in Finnish). Our online shop methods of payment are:
  • Online bank payment for Finnish bank accounts: Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments. Read more at www.paytrail.com
  • Visa credit, Visa Electron or MasterCard: If you pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard card, Lumingerie only works as a marketer of products and services, and will provide the products to the buyer. Paytrail Corporation is responsible for any payment disputes. Paytrail Corporation operates with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard card payments as seller of the product and the purchase is made between the customer and the Paytrail Corporation.   • MobilePay: Shopping can be done by phone without a payment card.
  • Payment at the Store: If you choose ”payment at the Store” you can pay your order in the store by debit, VISA, visa electron, cash.

Your credit card information is not saved to our website or to any other data we have. Your payment is being made in Luottokunta’s secured service. Luottokunta and the banks recommend purchases in Verified by Visa stores. If you choose to register, your information is saved to our highly secured data. They are not being given forward.  


The products can be returned within 14 days in Finland. Returns are free, however please note that if the value of the order drops below € 59 after the return, the return costs of 5,90€ will be added to the order. If the package is not collected, we have the right to charge the shipping and return-costs from the customer. 
  • Digital contect:  The 14-day cancellation policy also applies to digital contect (training programs). However, the right for cancellation ends when the training program has been sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer, at which time the customer can start using the training program.


If you have a campaign code you get the discount from the regular prices. Different campaign codes cannot be unified. When campaign code is used, all the other discounts (bonus, discounts based on amount) are not valid. If you have received a campaign code that is euro based, you can only use it on one purchase. We can inform you about our discounts through text, mail and e-mail. You can order if you have turned 18 years. If you return products, you must return the bonus products as well, if the total amount of the final order is below the amount that gave you the right to choose bonus products. If the bonus products are not returned, we charge the bonus products (the cost is the regular price of the bonus product).
