Nutri Works Taurine + B6 contains, in addition to pure taurine powder, its absorption-enhancing vitamin B6. Taurine is a sulfuric amino acid which, unlike other amino acids, does not participate in protein synthesis. Instead, it is found in the human body as a free amino acid of about 1 g mm. in the brain, in the retina of the eye, in the heart and skeletal muscle tissue and in the scapula. Taurine is a strong antioxidant and inhibits oxidative stress caused by exercise. The formation of taurine is rather slow and strong muscle fatigue slows it further.
Instructions for use: 2 flat measuring spoons (about 1000 mg). Mix the powder with a small amount of liquid or take it as it is and drink liquid.
