You have the right to return the products within 14 days, after picking up your order. If you consider returning the product, please read the following.
How to return / change the product
- Log in to your account and open the order-page. Press return-button and the order that you want to return (or products that you want to return). Mark what products will be returned and check that the customer information is correct.
- Pack the products carefully in the original package. Please add the following info in the package: name, address, order number, phone number and the reason you return the products. Inform us if you want to change the product or do you want your money back.
- Return the products to post office and use the customer returning number: 625851. Returns must include a tracking code.
- Take a receipt with you. The returns are free of change. Please note that if the value of the order drops below € 59 after the return, return costs according to the terms of delivery will be added to the order.
- We will process your return within 14 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete.
- The returned product must be flawless, unused and in food condition. Also all original packaging and tags must be in place. If the returned product is opened or it is damaged, used, dirty or washed, we do not accept the return. In that case the money cannot be returned. Underwear and other hygiene products have no return rights.
- If you have payed your online, your money will be returned through PayTrail.
- If you have chosen to pay the products by bill and return the entire delivery, add the bill to the return. If you return some of the products (not all), pay for the products that you will keep. '
- We return your payment within 14 days when we receive the information about the return, requiring that we have received your delivery or you can show us that you have delivered the products back.
