Dynaforce Extra Strong tablets contain standardised amount of golden root extract (Rhodiola rosea), the most important active ingredients being rosavins and salidrosides. A daily dosage (one tablet) contains 400 mg of golden root extract containing 16 mg of rosavins and 4 mg of salidrosides.
