Casein-based formula with 91% protein, fat- and carbohydrate-free. Unlike whey protein, the casein proteins absorb at a slower rate, which guarantees a gradual release of amino acids.

It is recommended to take the product well before training or immediately before going to sleep, in order to stimulate protein synthesis and reduce muscle catabolism caused by lying down during the night. Casein proteins contain larger amounts of glutamine, arginine, and phenylalantine in comparison to whey proteins. It is perfect for high-protein diets due to the increased satiation.
